What happens to the waste??

I've been reading all the reviews on amazon about the system, and everyone complains about the ultimate top coat. Said it causes extreme orange peel and gets rid of the glossy shine to a matte shine. My question is, if you do not use the ultimate top coat - will the epoxy alone stand up to most abuse or will it scratch much easier? Or is there a rework of the top coat in the works or some type of alternative? Because clearly it doesn't work as described.

This is amazing... how does the area where the rocks meet the bottoms of the panels work? Is there some sort of filler or trim to prevent water under there or does it end up not really an issue?

Carpenter from Arkansas when you’re doing tile your time is in installation. When you do epoxy panels your time is in making epoxy panels sence you have done both which one has the most labor in it. And what’s the time difference in the two processes

Carpenter from Arkansas I do automotive painting on your shower panels when you’re totally done could you come back and spray a clear coat on it and possibly even wax it sence your going to spray a automotive clear coat automotive clear coat is what I would use if I was doing some testing see how it looked and performed after I ran water over it to see if it was going to haze or chalk

Sadly this company has awful customer service. I placed an order and they sent me a four digit FedEx tracking number which was obviously wrong. I have emailed them three times asking for a simple tracking number and only received automated emails back saying they received my request. Then a day later I get another email saying my “ticket has been resolved” without ever replying with a tracking number. Am I getting scammed?
